Well, hello to anyone out there reading. I had taken a long break from book review and blogging as a whole, pursuing other projects. I, however have been reading, a lot.So here is my first review for 2018 of F. Stockton's Book, A Bicycle of Cathay.

This is the first book I read in 2018. A story about
a young man who takes a literal journey on his bicycle into ‘Cathay’, through
different seasons and meeting new
people. Also a metaphorical journey in life, discovering new things, creating
new acquaintances and finding love.
The end of the story shows that sometimes we go out
to search for that thing that is actually right on our door-step. Despite
meeting all those women on his journey into Cathay, he eventually settles down
with Europa back home.
A delightful straight-forward story that is ideal
for someone who is into light reading. I do recommend it.
